Share Your Expertise With Our Audience

Decision Makers Hub is a publication for HR professionals, enterprise technology leaders, and business decision-makers who need practical, trustworthy guidance — not vendor-driven fluff or surface-level takes they've already read.

If you have real-world experience, data-backed insights, or a fresh perspective that our audience would find valuable, we'd love to hear from you.

What We Publish

We accept guest contributions on the following topics:

  • HR Technology & Software — software selection, implementation, and ROI for HR and workforce tools
  • Workforce Management — scheduling, time tracking, labor compliance, and productivity
  • Employee Experience & Engagement — retention, onboarding, culture, and performance management
  • AI & Automation — practical applications of AI in HR, operations, and enterprise workflows
  • Digital Transformation — enterprise software adoption, change management, and process improvement
  • Compliance & Regulation — OSHA, HIPAA, labor law, and workplace safety
  • Leadership & Management — decision-making, team building, and executive strategy
  • Small Business Operations — growth, hiring, and managing lean teams

We do not accept promotional content, vendor-paid reviews, or articles published elsewhere without substantial original additions.

Guest Post Guidelines

Please review our requirements carefully before submitting:

  • Word count: 800–2,000 words
  • Originality: Content must be 100% original and not published elsewhere
  • Tone: Clear, practical, and professional — written for decision-makers who don't have time for filler
  • Depth: Offer genuine insight, not surface-level coverage that search results already provide
  • No promotional content: One relevant link to your own content is permitted if it directly supports the piece
  • Editing: All submissions are reviewed by our editorial team and may be edited for clarity and style

What You Get

  • A published byline with a short author bio and link to your website or LinkedIn profile
  • Exposure to an engaged audience of HR directors, operations leaders, and C-suite executives
  • A credible platform to establish authority in your field

How to Submit

Please include:

  • Your proposed headline and a 2–3 sentence summary of the article
  • Your name, title, and a short bio including your relevant credentials
  • Links to 1–2 previously published articles so we can evaluate your writing style

We review all submissions and aim to respond within 5–7 business days. Due to volume, we can only respond to pitches that fit our topic areas and meet the guidelines above.

What to Expect After Submission

If your pitch is accepted, we'll confirm and request the full article if you haven't already sent it. Our editorial team will review the final piece and may suggest edits for clarity, accuracy, or audience fit. Once approved, we'll schedule it for publication and notify you of the publish date.
